The basics
Relover is a curation service for second-hand fashion. We hand-pick the best pre-loved pieces from across the marketplaces, style them into themed drops, and link you straight to the seller.
No. We never hold stock or take payment. Every piece stays on the marketplace where it is listed. When you find something you love, we send you to the original seller to buy it. See how a drop is made.
Yes. Relover is a curation service run from the Netherlands by its two founders, Elena and Tijs. We never take your money: every piece is bought from the original seller on the marketplace it is listed on, under that marketplace's own buyer protection. Who we are.
Through affiliate commission. When you buy a piece through one of our links, the marketplace may pay us a small share of the sale. It comes out of the marketplace's side, never yours: you pay the seller's listed price either way, and a piece is never chosen for a drop because it pays better. Nothing on the site is a paid placement.
Yes, completely. Browsing, every drop, the Library and early access are all free. There is no membership fee and no markup on any piece.
Twice a month. Each drop is a fresh, themed edit of pieces we think are worth your time. Every piece we have released stays in Shop all.
Buying
Open the piece in a drop and follow the link to its original listing on Vinted, eBay, Etsy or wherever it lives. You complete the purchase there, under that marketplace's terms.
No. You pay the seller's listed price on the marketplace. Relover does not add a markup to the pieces in a drop. See what early access gets you.
Relover never ships anything, because Relover never holds the piece. The seller you buy from ships it, to wherever they say they will post, and shipping cost and delivery time are set on their listing, so check them before you buy.
It is, if you buy inside the marketplace. Both run buyer protection that covers you when an item never arrives or is not as described, and both hold the payment until it is delivered. The risk is in being talked into paying outside the platform, which we would never ask you to do. Our part is the step before: we check condition, measurements and authenticity so the listing you land on is one worth buying.
Second-hand pieces are usually one of a kind, so popular finds go fast. We check availability regularly and mark sold pieces, but a listing can sell between checks. If it is gone, the seller has sold it, and Shop all will show you what is still available.
Quality and trust
Elena and Tijs, who met at a fashion event in Madrid and built Relover out of the same conviction: the beautiful pieces already exist, and finding them should feel better than it does. The company is run from the Netherlands. Read the story.
Every piece is graded before it goes into a drop. We record its condition, size, and measurements, and note any flaws we can see so there are no surprises.
We vet for authenticity as part of curation and avoid listings we cannot stand behind. Final buyer protection comes from the marketplace you buy on.
Returns are handled by the marketplace and seller you buy from, under their policy. Relover is not part of the transaction, so we cannot process returns directly. Our terms of use set out what we are and are not responsible for.
