Relover is a discovery platform for curated second-hand fashion. We bring together selected items from third-party marketplaces, professional resellers and other external sellers, and help you discover items through Drops, browsing and editorial content.

Relover is operated by Catalyst 4 Good SL, C/Bretón de los Herreros, 38, 28003 Madrid, Spain.

Relover provides discovery, curation and referral services. Products linked on the current website are sold by external sellers. Relover does not own, store, ship, authenticate or fulfil those products.

Following a seller or marketplace link takes you to a third-party website. A purchase there is made with the relevant seller and is governed by that seller’s terms, privacy notice, pricing, shipping and returns arrangements.

The seller or marketplace handles the transaction and associated customer service. Relover remains responsible for its own services to the extent required by applicable law.

Some links on Relover may be affiliate links or partner links.

This means Relover may earn a commission, referral fee, or other commercial benefit if you click through to a third-party website and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate or partner relationships may influence which platforms, sellers, or products can be linked, tracked, or monetized.

We aim to curate relevant second-hand fashion content and discovery experiences for our users, but we do not guarantee that every item, seller, marketplace, or offer shown is the cheapest, best, most complete, or most suitable option available.

You may browse Relover and use its services for personal purposes. Commercial reuse of our content requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

You must not:

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• Use automated systems to overload the service, bypass access restrictions or manipulate requests.
• Copy, scrape or republish protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
• Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of third parties.
• Submit fraudulent requests, impersonate someone else or provide another person’s contact details without authority.
• Misuse affiliate links or manipulate clicks, referrals, commissions or measurement data.

Relover does not currently offer customer accounts or account registration. Email subscriptions and Find my gem requests do not create an account.

When joining our email list or submitting a request, provide accurate contact information so we can respond. New email subscriptions use a confirmation email. Ongoing marketing consent for Find my gem is optional and separate from communications about your request.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a purchase made with an external seller.

Our curated selections, styling content and responses to Find my gem requests are intended to help you discover second-hand items. A request does not reserve an item or create a purchase order.

We cannot guarantee that a suitable item will be found, that an item will remain available, or that it will fit your particular needs. Check measurements, condition, seller information and other details with the relevant seller before buying.

Some listings, images, product descriptions, prices, availability information, seller information, and links may come from third-party marketplaces, resellers, brands, affiliate networks, or external platforms.

We try to keep information useful and relevant, but we do not guarantee that third-party content is accurate, complete, current, available, authentic, or error-free.

Prices, availability, shipping options, customs duties, returns, and product condition may change at any time on the third-party website.

You are responsible for reviewing all relevant information on the third-party website before completing a purchase.

Purchases of linked products take place on external websites. Relover does not operate the checkout or collect your payment details for those purchases.

Relover’s branding, original editorial content, design and website software are protected by intellectual property rights. Third-party listings, photographs, names and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

You may not copy, distribute or repurpose protected material without the relevant permission, except where permitted by law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or comply with legal obligations. Any restriction will be subject to applicable law and does not remove rights you may already have.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies this version. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.
