Vintage Women’s Shearling Coat – Late 1960s / Early 1970s

A beautiful vintage women’s coat made from genuine shearling, dating approximately from the late 1960s to early 1970s.

The coat has an exceptionally elegant and feminine silhouette. The fitted upper section is shaped with long panel seams, gently defining the waist before opening into a softly flared A-line shape.

The leather has a wonderful muted tobacco brown tone with an olive undertone, contrasted by deep dark brown shearling at the generous collar and turned-back cuffs.

Large metal buttons, two side pockets and the beautifully structured long cut complete the design.

As genuine shearling, the leather exterior and warm fur interior are naturally part of the same hide, making this a wonderfully warm winter coat without the bulkier appearance of many traditional vintage shearling styles.

Inside is the original “Chic in Leder” label.

What makes this coat particularly interesting today is how easily it moves beyond its original era. Style it with a black mini dress and tall boots for a late-60s look, with wide denim and a hoodie for a contemporary contrast, or with monochrome black layers for a completely modern avant-garde silhouette.

Vintage Damen-Lammfellmantel – Ende 1960er / Anfang 1970er Jahre

Wunderschöner originaler Vintage-Mantel aus echtem gewachsenem Lammfell in einem außergewöhnlichen Tabak-/Olivbraun.

Der Mantel stammt stilistisch aus der Übergangszeit der späten 1960er zu den frühen 1970er Jahren und besitzt eine besonders schöne feminine Silhouette. Das Oberteil ist durch lange Teilungsnähte körpernah gearbeitet, die Taille leicht betont und der Mantel fällt darunter in einer sanften A-Linie bis etwa zum Knie.

Ein schöner Kontrast zum tabakbraunen Leder ist das dunkelbraune Lammfell, das am großen Kragen und an den Ärmelabschlüssen sichtbar ist. Auch die großen Metallknöpfe unterstreichen den typischen Look dieser Zeit.

Das gewachsene Lammfell bildet gleichzeitig Lederaußenseite und wärmende Fellinnenseite. Zwei seitliche Eingrifftaschen vervollständigen den klassischen Schnitt.

Im Inneren befindet sich das alte Label „Chic in Leder“.
